"The Band "Stainless Steel" performed in 1995 in Czolnok which lies 40 km in the west of Budapest.
The first Demotape was called "Tüzproba" and was recorded in the summer of 97.

In December 98 they recorded their first Demo CD "The Fable Of Prowess" in City Sound Studio Budapest.

This six new tracks are the first songs in english language and are about the Nibelung Saga.
Press and fans are very surprised about the album and the hungarian Metal Hammer starts to distribute the CD.

In ´99 Stainless Steel wins the "PERON Band Contest" and get for the first price a free studio session.
The result is "WIGANT".

The roots of "Stainless Steel" are in old Power Metal without listen like a copy of any other old band.
Special the vocalist have not the typical voice of a Power Metal singer.
And that´s only one reason why "Stainless Steel - Wigant" is a brilliant and excellent album.
